The Independent Financial Advisors Forum, IFAF has slammed the City of Tshwane for pushing ahead with a tender to appoint a single medical aid broker for its employees. IFAF, a non-profit group representing accredited brokers, first flagged concerns last month after the City advertised the contract, which it says is irregular and unlawful.
