The National Financial Ombud Scheme has sent out a warning following a spike in fraudulent transactions due to the ease of use of tap-and-go bank cards. The Scheme's bank division is now asking bank card users to be vigilant as fraudsters may try to use the tap-and-go function on cards and phones to make unauthorised transactions.
