The Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg is hearing the alleged xenophobia case against civil organiosation, Operation Dudula. Civil orgations including Kopanang Africa Against Xenophobia, the South African Informal Traders Forum, the Inner City Federation and Abahlali BaseMjondolo have approacherd the court for relief against Operation Dudula and a number of organs of state for allegedly failing to discharge their duties in relation to Operation Dudula's allegedly discriminatory and unlawful conduct.
