As South Africans mourn the death of legendary photographer, Dr Peter Magubane, he has been described as a fearless story teller, whose commitment earned him international acclaim, numerous awards and recognition. Magubane passed away on Monday at the age of 91. He rose to prominence by covering pivotal political events in South Africa such as the June 16 student uprisings in 1976.
