However, community members say the councillor refused to visit their area and dismissed their concerns, even undermining their traditional leader, the headman. In response to what they describe as unfair treatment and lack of engagement, the community has taken a stand, announcing an immediate halt to the work of the renewed contractors until their grievances are addressed. The situation continues to unfold as community members demand accountability and inclusive decision-making regarding employment opportunities in Mulati Village.
