Kgosi Kgosienewang II Jantjie of the Batlhaping Ba-Ga Phuduhutswana in Manyeding village near Kuruman in the Northern Cape has passed away. Kgosi died peacefully last night at a private hospital in Kimberley. He led the Batlhaping people for almost 50 years since he was installed as the chief in 1972.
