Depression and anxiety costs South Africa almost 200 billion Rand every year in annual loss of productivity in the workplace. That's according to the South African Anxiety and Depression Group or SADAG. Currently, 46 percent of employees in South Africa presents with symptoms related to Pre-Traumatic Stress Disorder. And yet despite increased awareness and destigmatisation of mental health, many employees are reluctant to seek help for workplace depression. Prabashini Moodley reports....
