The PES has created opportunities for over one million direct beneficiaries since its launch in October 2020 as part of the Economic Reconstruction and Recovery Plan, which aimed to address the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The MDA was one of the key strategic partners that participated in the PES programme.
