Wawryk also shared an additional note on motorbike travel after our chat, saying advanced booking for motorcycles are required out of Vancouver (Horseshoe Bay) and Nanaimo (Departure Bay), Tsawwassen and the Southern Gulf Islands, and all Northern/Mid-Coast routes. However, some major routes like Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay are first time first serve.
