This week on the ParrCAST, we reflect on meaningful moments with Russ' father, Lt. Colonel Thomas Parr III.  At the age of 94, he passed away on June 23rd. Although he is no longer with us, his laughter, wisdom, tenacious spirit, and legacy remain strong through the stories shared.  Russ and his family thank you for the abundance of love and encouragement they've received.
