Jimmy Cleaver is a farm manager at Rangiriri, milking 360 cows.  He was named the 2022 Auckland/Hauraki Dairy Manager of the Year, and at the time of recording, he’s in the thick of calving.  He joined us on REX to catch up on how the season is going and he let us into his secret of finding and retaining staff and importantly, how to look after them during this busy season on-farm
