New research says changing what we farm, and where, could provide all New Zealanders with a healthy diet, improve waterways, cut green-house gas emissions, and grow our economy. Two National Science Challenges published detail today how the land-use change in the near future is unavoidable and we need to strategically design a nationwide health and climate-focused food production system.
