From the grove to the table; that's the motto for homegrown premium extra virgin olive oils, Lot Eight, in Martinborough. Co-founders Nalini and Colin Baruch are considered to be among the original pioneers of the olive industry in New Zealand and today, they're the only olive oil pioneers still marketing and managing the process from farmgate to kitchen. Nalini spoke to Rural Exchange's Hamish McKay and Laura Koot about their journey.
