Efforts to market three novel dragon fruit varieties might offer possibilities for farmers in the Far North. Collaborating with the Southern Horticultural Research Institute in Vietnam, scientists from Plant & Food Research have been involved in a cooperative breeding program for the past decade, resulting in the creation of these fresh varieties.
