Josh Adamson and his partner Emmie live in the Esk Valley, one of the most devastated areas of Hawke’s Bay…  They lost everything in the disaster, including their newly built tiny home, their vehicles, belongings and the facilities Josh used in his equestrian business…   Their heroics meant they were able to rescue Josh’s sister Dani, and their neighbours, as well as all of the horses in their care…  But, they’re now faced with the daunting prospect of rebuilding their lives from scratch.
