On Royston’s Sporting Roundup we had Shine Tiltsen. Shine is from the Alice Springs rugby union competition playing for the Dingo Clubs. Shine spends most of his pre-season training at the Arrernte Community Boxing Academy, which offers a high-intensity, full-body workout that improves cardiovascular endurance, explosive power, and agility while strengthening the core. The Alice Springs rugby competition runs over the summer to April and is administered by the Central Australian Rugby Union.
