Ron opens the show taking about todays guests and interview topics for Classic Car Doctor from November of 2018. Ron goes on to highlight an article in the trade magazines from 2014 that talks about what was at the time self driving cars from GM via cruise control.  He compares this technology to problems he was having with the washing machine at his house. A humorous but still truthful look back and legit comparison.  He also discusses the cruise control systems of the future and what we can expect in their operation. 

Connie in Keyport NJ opens the phones with a question about her stalling car in the rain only. The problem can't be reproduced, which makes diagnosis harder for the technicians that have tried. Ron discusses some of the methods that can be used to diagnose this problem. By the numbers, he goes into detail on how it can be diagnosed and what Connie can look for when then the problem happens.
