In the second half of this show, Ron opens with busy phones & takes a call regarding a vibration on a 2009 Toyota RAV4. The problem occurs only when initially starting out, cold, in the morning. And only while the vehicle is moving. Ron walks her (and us!) thru some steps of do's and don'ts that someone can do to check without having to go to a mechanic.

Its off to Iowa next, with an 03 GM pickup truck that doesn't start. The caller has replaced some parts but hasn't fixed anything. Ron breaks it down into simple so we can all understand. Walking us thru how the ignition switch works on this vehicle helps to paint the picture.
