She’s just released her second book The Courage to Speak Your Truth, and in this convo, she opens up about what it took to get there. Remembering childhood trauma in her 20s, navigating the healing process (which she calls a total sh*t show), reporting her abuse, confronting her abuser, and working through it all to help others do the same.
