What happens when you become the first Australian with MS to summit Mount Everest, but the biggest mountain you've had to climb has absolutely nothing to do with Everest?

I had an absolute cracker of a conversation with Jen Willis, who at 55, and living with multiple sclerosis, has done something pretty extraordinary. But as it turns out, getting to the top of the world's highest mountain was the easy part, really...

When missing oxygen, disappearing Sherpa's and unfortunate naps collide at 8,000 metres, Jen describes it as a pretty high-altitude f*ck-up. But beneath the tale of Everest, she had bigger mountains to climb... and ones I reckon we can all relate to.

Roll With The Punches is where we step into the ring and go toe to toe with the hard sh*t life throws our way.

Hosted by former boxing champ turned strength coach and speaker Tiff Cook, RWTP brings you big conversations with world-class guests about psychology, relationships, trauma, the brain, and the patterns that can make a bloody mess of our lives.

If you're curious about human behaviour, keen to challenge the stories you tell yourself, and want to understand why the hell you do what you do, you're in the right place. Tune in. Tiff's in your corner.

The goal? To question what you've always believed, understand yourself a little better, and turn those aha moments into actual change.

Because knowing better and doing better are two very different things.

And let's be honest... life's gonna keep throwing punches. We may as well learn how to roll with them.
