Jo Vautier runs a spiritual healing practice on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria (Australia).   She thrives on all things meditation, mindfulness, reiki and spiritual healing, together with her accreditation and her own very real experience with drug addiction and recovery.
We talk about how Jo landed in remand as a young lass due to drug offences.  How she fought her own addiction and explored the range of spiritual ideas and concepts that she practices and teaches to this day as a way to help others pave their own path to holistic healing and wellness.
Oh, by the way..  Jo is also the better half to former RWTP EP55 guest and Aussie music icon Mark Seymour (Hunters and Collectors).  Though I did fail to ask Jo to sing for me at the end of this chat, she did share a bit about how their love story evolved back in the day.
