Lou Acott is a Melbourne based fitness superstar. She has competed in Karate, MMA, Kickboxing, Olympic Weightlifting, Crossfit and 2017 Australian Ninja Warrior. 

There is nothing Lou does not dominate and she has been on my radar since I myself stepped into the fitness industry. 

I love this chat with Lou as, we share our thoughts on what might really drive us towards the desire to succeed and achieve. Our ideas around the metaphor that is sport,  a theory which can be applied to any facet of life or business, really.  

We also touch on religion, family, relationships, identity and loss.
