A federal judge, one the twice-impeached and convicted Don "The Con" Trump-appointed, said it's not happening.  A second judge issued a preliminary injunction stopping the U.S. Postal Service's "Ballot Mail for Federal Elections" rule from taking effect

House and Senate return to Washington this week with a packed agenda before much of their focus shifts to the fast-approaching midterm elections. 

Texas Ted Cruz was on ESPN talking about his Protect College Sports Act, the federal bill designed to create nationwide standards for college athletics.  Former ESPN host Jemele Hill called the network out for inserting politic in sports.  She'll explain why she's calling it hypocrisy.

Podcaster Brian Shapiro went to the Republican National Convention and exposed a Black MAGA YouTuber about what Trump policies have benefitted black people.  Brian will explain why they escorted him out of the convention.
