Texas has a new law that will allow police to arrest migrants who enter the U.S. illegally. Texas Representative Mark Veasey is here tonight to discuss this law and the recent lawsuit filed by a Texas County. 

Colorado Supreme Court's historic decision to boot Trump off the primary presidential ballot under the 14th Amendment is not setting well with those MAGA folks. We'll break down what this means and discuss the possibility of the U.S. Supreme Court overturning the decision with a former U.S. District Judge and Justice Correspondent, Elie Mystal.
