The swearing-in of Nebraska's Senator Deb Fischer is going viral for all the wrong reasons. 

Everything started out normal enough. Fischer took the oath of office while her husband, Bruce, held the Bible. 

After administering the oath, Harris shook Senator Fischer's hand and then extended the same courtesy to her husband, who refused to.
