A federal judge says the Justice Department has until 5p Tuesday to unseal documents related to the seizure of election ballots from Fulton County, Georgia.  I'll speak with a Fulton County commissioner about what he's calling a "major win for transparency and accountability." 

In North Carolina, a federal judge ruled against student efforts to open early-voting sites at three university campuses, including North Carolina A&T. 

Trump got really triggered when a reporter tried to compare him to Joe Biden, not knowing about the actions taken in his name - Trump's the racist video and Biden's auto-signature. That's a meltdown you don't want to miss. 

A white Montana pastor calls out evangelicals for following the convict-in-chief. 

Bad Bunny's Super Bowl halftime show really pissed MAGA off - mostly because he didn't sing a single lyric in English, and probably because they could not comprehend the symbolism.  I"ll break off of that down. 

Ohio Congresswoman Shontel Brown doesn't hold back when talking about the importance of celebrating Black History while the Trump Administration is doing all it can to erase it.

And speaking of attacks on our democracy from Donald "The Con" Trump, Fulton County, Georgia, is fighting back. After an FBI raid on the county's elections office, officials are suing over the legality of the warrant and the seizure of election records.

Today outside of ICE Headquarters in Washington, D.C, Democratic Caucus members  demanded the firing of the Department of Homeland and Security Secretary. More on that ahead.

Former U.S Representative Colin Allred responds after Texas Senate candidate James Talarico allegedly made racially charged remarks about him in a private conversation. Talarico denies the claims, but Allred has now clapped back. I'll speak with the former Congressman later about his reaction.

Black workers are facing higher unemployment than the workforce overall -- a gap that's widened recently due to major policy changes. Later, we'll break down a report with a Senior Policy Analyst from the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies.

After the fatal shooting of Keith Porter by an off-duty ICE agent, his family is demanding an investigation and they want answers. I'll talk to his families attorney about the investigation.
