Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was grilled during his testimony on Capitol Hill. 

The hearing was about Libra, Facebook's proposed cryptocurrency, but Zuckerberg also commented on the social network's commitment to civil rights and what the company has done to promote diversity after the company's settlement with various civil rights groups related to discrimination tied to advertising and housing. 

Rep. Maxine Waters, Rep. Joyce Beatty and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez took turns questioning the founder of Facebook who claims they will not launch their cryptocurrency until U.S. regulators approve.
