10.7.2026 #RolandMartinUnfiltered: Lincoln U HBCU Underfunding Suit. Musk Data Center Chaos. Fearless Fund DEI Fight. Freddie Jackson

We'll talk to the attorneys representing Lincoln University students and alumni who filed a lawsuit against the state of Missouri.  They are seeking hundreds of millions of dollars, claiming the state persistently underfunded the HBCU.

Memphis, Tennessee's city council meeting erupted into chaos over Elon Musk and his company's data center.

Georgia Democrat Penny Brown Reynolds is running for secretary of state.  The former state judge will be here to discuss voting rights, restoring the public trust in elections, and her campaign priorities if she wins the seat.

Fearless Fund CEO turned a landmark legal battle over DEI into a new book.  She'll be here to discuss how the legal battle put her organization at the center of a national debate.

And we'll continue to pay tribute to Grammy-nominated, chart-topping R&B singer Freddie Jackson, who passed away at 70 with Eddie Levert.

Chapter and its affiliates are not connected with or endorsed by any government entity or the federal Medicare program. Chapter Advisory, LLC represents Medicare Advantage HMO, PPO, and PFFS organizations and stand alone prescription drug plans that have a Medicare contract. Enrollment depends on the plan’s contract renewal. While we have a database of every Medicare plan nationwide and can help you to search among all plans, we have contracts with many but not all plans. As a result, we do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 50 organizations which offer 18,160 products nationwide. We search and recommend all plans, even those we don’t directly offer. You can contact a licensed Chapter agent to find out the number of products available in your specific area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-Medicare, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
