10.20.2026 #RolandMartinUnfiltered: Countdown to the 2026 Midterms | Roland on the Road | Alabama State University

#BlackVotesMatter: We are here in Montgomery, Alabama, in the JG Hardy Student Center Ballroom at Alabama State University.  We'll talk to the university president, Dr. Quinton Ross, Jr.
Here's what's coming up on Roland Martin Unfiltered, streaming live on the Black Star Network.

November 3 is 15 days away; Alabama's key races are on the ticket, including governor and Congress.  Former senator Doug Jones is looking to be the first Democratic Governor in 23 years.

I caught up with Congressman Shomari Figures earlier today.  We talked about his re-election efforts and the MAGA attack on Black voters.

Alabama-based organizations are seeking to change the voting culture by empowering, educating, and inspiring new voters.  We'll talk to founders of  Good People Vote
and #334VOTES.

North Carolina Senate hopeful Roy Cooper will be here to discuss his strategy for the next two weeks to get folks to the polls.

Chapter Advisory, LLC represents Medicare Advantage HMO, PPO, and PFFS organizations and stand alone prescription drug plans that have a Medicare contract. Enrollment depends on the plan’s contract renewal. While we have a database of every Medicare plan nationwide and can help you to search among all plans, we have contracts with many but not all plans. As a result, we do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 50 organizations which offer 18,160 products nationwide. We search and recommend all plans, even those we don’t directly offer. You can contact a licensed Chapter agent to find out the number of products available in your specific area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-Medicare, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
