11.4.2022 #RolandMartinUnfiltered: Black Men Unemployment Rate Drops, 2022 Midterms & Black Women, MSNBC Fires Tiffany Cross

October's job report was released today.  It says the unemployment rate for Black men dropped while it increased for most other groups.  But it could be for the wrong reason like Black men have stopped looking for jobs.  I'll talk to an economist who will break it down for us. 

Early voting is winding down, with a record turnout of over 36 million people who have already cast their ballot.  The Black Women's Leadership Collective is making a last-ditch effort to let black women know they have the power and why they have the power to decide the midterms.  Holli Holiday will explain how they are getting black women to the polls. 

Voters in a Pennsylvania county say they are surprised by a new policy allowing sheriff deputies to question folks voting.
