Tennessee activist Pamela Moses is challenging the state's permanent disenfranchisement laws after she was charged and convicted of voter fraud. Moses eventually had the charges dropped. She and her attorney will be here to talk about the upcoming case.

Another example of Black history being erased -- Frederick Douglass excluded from a U.S coin series honoring America's most celebrated leaders.

Texas A&M University canceled a graduate Ethics course after a Black professor refused to comply with a discriminatory ban on certain subjects. We'll hear from him later.

Minnesota is currently under fire. Secretary Kristi Noem defends ICE as they intimidate residents. Immigration Attorney Yesenia Planco will join later with advice on what to do if stopped by ICE.

And, speaking of ICE. A recent poll by CNN shows that America is afraid of ICE, and they aren't making cities feel safer. On Monday, a Minneapolis councilman feared for his life as ICE agents assaulted him for recording them, and just two days later, an ICE raid in the same city led to a second shooting of a man on Wednesday, following protestors and tear gas. We'll be covering it all.

Trump's second term is already producing more chaos and corruption than the first, and the damage is compounding fast. The Center for American Progress is tracking it all with its new Trump Global Weakness Watch--and the senior vice president joins us to break it down.

And, to add more injury, the Trump administration is laying off employees who are part of a civil rights agency founded in the 1960s with the U.S Department of Justice.

In an effort to maintain a predominantly white America, the Trump administration is pausing immigrant visa processing for 75 countries. I talk to an expert about this sweeping move, which is primarily targeted at African countries.

The Trump administration has launched a campaign across various departments that utilizes images and ideas borrowed from right-wing and white nationalist circles.

Heckling the convict-in-chief not only results in being flipped off by the orange man, but it can also lead to suspension.

The Senate honors gospel icon Richard Smallwood.
