Here it comes...the weekend! A big one, at that!

The Brewers' championship parade is later this morning and schools are CLOSED in Milwaukee!!!

We've got Halloween tomorrow. And a time change happening this weekend as well. Busy, busy.

In honor of tomorrow's holiday, we had plenty of Halloween stuff on the show this morning, including some tips for surviving the next few days, the best cities for trick-or-treating, and some Halloween freebies you can take advantage of!

With Sunday being November 1st, we also hooked you up with a list of things to look forward to in the new month, including movies...TV shows...sports...and holidays!

In the news this morning, protests erupt in Spain after another deadly train crash, Patrick Stewart passes away, a recall on space heaters, DoorDash is buying Instacart, the FBI spoiled an alleged school shooting plot in Georgia, and an Instagram "prank" backfires.

In sports, the Packers beat the Panthers last night to kick off Week 8 in the NFL, Christian Watson left the game...went to the hospital...came back...and kept playing, the Brewers showed up to Lambeau with the championship trophy, the WNBA Finals are going to a Game 7, the Badgers take on Iowa tomorrow, a look at the odds of the Brew Crew winning it all again next season, and the shocking & sad results of a study on NFL players with CTE.

We talked about what's on TV & streaming this weekend along with what's new in theaters. Plus, the new "Dune" popcorn bucket is kinda cringe.

Elsewhere in sports, Sophie Cunningham comments on the National Anthem controversy in the WNBA, some really cool stuff from the Brewers' championship run is headed to the Baseball HOF, and a new NASCAR event happening right after the season wraps up.
