In sports, the Bucks lost to Cleveland yesterday, and the Badgers blew it against Penn State on Saturday. Now the Big Ten Tournament gets underway this week and Wisconsin is set to play on Thursday. In other Badger news, the women's basketball coach has resigned, and the women's hockey team is a number one seed in the bracket!



Elsewhere in sports, we talked about this weekend's moves in the NFL, the results of UFC 313, and Alexander Ovechkin now just NINE goals away from passing Gretzky.



Talked about what's on TV tonight and we also took a look at a list of tips to help your body deal with this weekend's time change. Surprisingly, "taking a nap" isn't on the list, even though today is National Napping Day!
