Back in 2015, we all agreed that there seemed to be an unprecedented amount of road construction going on in the city of La Crosse.

Every time you'd turn a corner, there was cones and signs and workers galore!

So, we decided to take a look at the City's website for all the ongoing road construction projects and played "Open or Closed Streets" with Shaw.
