In the news this morning, the suspect in last week's New Lisbon shooting was captured yesterday in Elroy, police in California say that at least one of the wildfires was set intentionally, and one of the girls involved in the "Slender Man" stabbing a decade ago is getting out of a mental health institution.



In sports, Notre Dame beat Penn State last night to advance to the College Football Playoffs National Championship game, we took a look at this weekend's Wild Card matchups, including the Vikings game on Monday night that's been moved to Arizona. Plus, Sidney Crosby moved up on the NHL's all-time scoring list, and the alleged Bengals petition is #FakeNews
