Had a golf tourney on Friday. A motorcycle giveaway on Saturday. And an Oktoberfest event on Sunday. Not to mention, I finally turned off the central AC and opened a few windows!

Looks like this week is going to be perfect to get some fresh air in the house with temps hovering right around 73°.

In the news this morning, Tom Tiffany's plane had to make an emergency water landing this weekend, the CDC says that the diarrhea lettuce outbreak is over...but now we've got meth cabbage!!! Also, the Anthropic CEO is saying we need to pump the brakes on A.I., and the TSA might start allowing some people to actually bring water bottles on planes. Plus, the NYPD released the identity of the guy who ran on the field at Friday night's Yankees game waving the Palestine flag.

In sports, the Brewers took two-out-of-three from the Reds this weekend, the Badgers got a nice win over Western Illinois on Saturday, the Packers absolutely fell apart in the 4th quarter yesterday, a look at the rest of the NFL scores from this weekend and a preview of tonight's MNF game. Kyler Murray suffers a concussion in the Vikings win yesterday, Kyle Larson ends his 51-race winless streak, and Tucker Kraft gets a nice contract extension from the Packers just before the regular season begins.
