Ronie Kiff Now with Koreos the podcast Call Me Good Day Day.
It's Robiniy Kiff Now with Choreo.
It's on demand the podcast, and today's inauguration day for Trump, so there's a lot of that on the show today. There was a lot of action happening as we as we were doing the show.
Yeah, I was kind of hoping that it wouldn't be the second day back because I literally have been awake since two am. Yeah, I mean on purpose because it's partly my job. I want to bring stuff to the show, but also because I was just so interested in the crazy and it did.
Not it delivered. I was not disappointed.
For someone that knows nothing about politics or anything about what they're doing over there and I'm trying to start a new job. Wasn't what I wanted, But today I love him.
Now did you were you when you were interested before?
Like?
Did you like Trump a bit beforehand? And I was interested in you're Paul blind?
For me to.
Actually sit there and learn all that sort of stuff was hard, But yeah, I've been on the show now. Honestly, listen to everyone talk about it and what Paul had to say and everything he sort of told us, Yeah, it sort of got me more interested.
But yeah, I like him more.
Now are you going to hear that in just the next next few minutes. Paul Murray from Sky News, wo's a friend of the show. He's a big mad Trump fan, but.
We both know him personally.
Yeah, despite his politics, he's very exciting.
Yea, he was, So we'll get to him and then and at halftime some of the stuff that didn't get to hear. We had a chat with Mum and miss who was there in the basketball stadium. I think there's like twenty twenty five thousand people there. She was one of them, and yes she was.
Exhausted by the time. We respect her at the second time round. But she's coming up a big time. Oh yeah, and it's a big day, Ron Kidd.
Now with Coorios the podcast.
We're crossing to the US because the inauguration of President Trump is happening this morning. He's already signed in, he's done his swearing.
Literally literally for the end of it.
And this laddie is actually there in the auditorium.
A name is Mama Mish. Can he hears that?
Hey, yeah, Elon Musk just walked in. Oh wait, now, Oh wow, it's amazing.
I don't know.
He just walked in the crowd.
This one crazy.
He's so cool. We're a bird's eye view, like we're right above where the stage is.
Oh wow, how cool.
Pretty well and basically everything so far that Trump has has said has just been met with huge applause.
That you're very excited today.
Oh yeah, oh yeah. America is about to be rocked. The dream team is coming together. He's signing executive orders right now, and then he's coming here.
From what you're hearing, Mama, Lock, what's exciting you the most? Like, what are the promises that again you're pumped like this?
The border is shut, that's number one. That was his number one order of business. He's he went his inaugural speech was amazing. And the patriotism here. This place is packed. We've been here since we've been on the road since five o'clock this morning.
Where did you come from Maryland?
From Maryland?
Okay? And how did you where are you?
Like, are you in a public area or did you get an invitation?
We got an invitation to the capital, but when they moved it inside, we got an invitation Sunday night to be here in the Capital One Arena. So we've been in here. Yeah, it's amazing. I mean, it was a blessing from God that we were able to be here. My husband's with me and the place is just fired up.
So, mamma, are you just like an average American? Like how did you get the invitation?
Like?
Why did they invite you?
By the grace of God, I have been sending his whole administration prayers for about a year now and just believe in every everything that he stands for and what he is going to do to get this country back where it needs to be.
What he loves that Trump so much.
Mama, Oh, because he's honest, he tells the truth, he has integrity. What he says he means. Donald Trump does not have to do this. He did this for the American people. He did this for people like me and me. Well not you because you're in Australia, but he did this for everybody in this room. He did this for all the Americans that couldn't be here today.
Mama.
Well, I mean I understand the hype and I understand why people would would love him, but I find the honesty one of surprising answer.
Do what about all the times he's been caught out lying.
Well, there's forgiveness for everybody, and he repented of what he did and he turned from his wicked ways and he came back. That's what I believe. That's what I believe in.
Ye okay, you know, can.
We call you back when Donald comes on stage?
Yeah?
Yeah, absolutely, ro Kid now with Correos podcast.
Right now. Correots is coming fired up this morning. Ye I am mad. It is mad. I've seen you.
Yeah. Look, this is one of the things, oh probably it's up there, top top two in the world that really really just it frustrates hell out of me. And it's when you're on the highway or on a road and you get to an overtaking lane and you've just been sitting behind this person going five ten kno the speed limit the whole time, or you know, there's pretty that speed up, slow down, speed up, so down. He's like, come on, man, I just sit on the speed limit. Then you get the overtaking lane, you're allowed to overtake. And then next minute, I'll mate, that's just been sitting ten k behind the under the speed limit just goes twenty k's over.
They gon it and You're just like, what are you doing? Man? Like I want to go around you?
And look, I sometimes give them the benefit of doubt, right, and I don't go around. I'm like, okay, look I'll sit bang ten K's below. As soon as I've overtaken land.
It's on purpose because I've seen I reckon, they reckon. They're speeding up just to annoy you.
It happened like twenty times, gone from Brisbane to your poon on the holidays and.
We're going to your pooon.
I don't care, but this is the thing, no matter where I'm going, right, this is the thing.
It's not one person.
They all do it, and I want to know why. And we have one of our producers in here. Yeah, and she's owned up to it. She's one of them.
Maddie, you're is it on purpose?
Are you?
Are you saying that you are? You're driving slowly and then someone's about to overtake you when it's finally they're finally able.
Are you Are you speeding up on purpose?
Yeah?
I am speeding up on what's going?
Well.
I mean, look, I sometimes I because I don't have cruise control, right, so sometimes I kind of zone out a little bit. And then if someone goes to overtake me, I kind of feel like I have to make a point, like, nah, I'm I can go fast.
No, that's even more infuriating.
Yeah, it's exactly my old point. I thought it was an accident. No, I thought you were just being unaware. I didn't think it was proper evil because.
It's a competitive thing.
I bet you look at the person too.
Do you love them?
I do.
I contact thank you.
I don't think I think you're I think you're an anomaly. I think you're a strangely evil young lady. I don't think anyone else is doing it, is doing it on purpose.
I reckon people are doing it for sure.
Okay, thirteen one sixty five, you can be anonymous because Corey will hate you.
Now with Corey the podcast, we're just talking about overtaking, and Corey wondered whether people are doing it on purpose. They go slow, slow, slow, Then they finally get to the overtaking lane where you can go past them, and they gun it, and I thought it can't they can't be doing it on purpose.
I reckon because you can see it.
It gives you signs for like, okay, overtaken coming overtaken coming soon a one hundred meters for the lane that caravan move.
Jeez, they just found a battle Mickey of win him.
What do you think about this?
I totally agree with Corey. I allow to swear, so plee please?
Yes?
Exactly? Are you on the road's a bit, nikki?
Yeah, I drive a semi for a living and it takes a long time for semi to get going. Yes, we call this beat the truck. It's a game that people play. So if you come up behind them, they slow down. You can't you going to overtake them because you don't want to slow down, and as soon as you do that, they're off like a race.
Yeah, it's actually dangerous too, when do you think about it?
It's dangerous, it really is.
I mean yours just one trip to your Nikki's doing it every day.
In a semi though, do you pull over so you allow cars to overtake you?
If I'm in the seat in the right speed, like if I'm in a hundred zone they do an eighty. Of course I can go around them. I can do one hundred. But then they decide, oh oh hang on, beat the truck.
They go are going.
To get beaten by a truck if it way around you and you were the one going under the speed limit for some reason and you're on and you would you wouldn't You'd just let them go past, wouldn't you.
Well, I have to I can't get on the speed limited, so yeah, that's slow down.
Yeah, you's got to do it.
And they look at you like you're the idiot because you'd try to overtake.
Ron Kidd.

I'm literally having my arm squeezed off. But before we walk down and I just want to kind of get all this, I'll give you a chance to breathe. This is because a number of years ago what happened with a balloon. I was trying to help organize a first birthday one of my best friends and exploded in my face earlier hours of the morning as we were decorating.
Even talking about it makes me goether.
Okay, Well, there's one thousand dollars cash for your Tash. There's a roousand balloon a room. There could be a thousand bloones. There's a room absolutely full. There's no way you're going to be able to walk through this room without squeezing through hundreds of balloons to get your thousand dollars.
But you know, I like, I love this. Yeah I can. I can honestly feel the fear in your voice.
Okay, well let's let's find out, because we're now walking up a long hallway towards what is Alana's new studio, which is a small room full of balloons.

No, legitimately terrified, Like she's absolutely shaking. I love purple, but there's purple pink.
Yeah, we went with a kiss, ninety seventury colors.
Do you want to do this? Yeah?
Well the money, the thousand dollars, is in that room.
Okay, so we're standing outside.
It's a double door because it's a newsroom, so it's got to be soundproof.
So let's go to the first door. It's open. Yeah, it's up to you. I'm not going to push this second door when you're ready when we get in here, just.
Walk through all those balloons. At the other side of all those balloons is the thousand dollars.
Okay, sorry, you can do it.
You can do it, can definitely do it. Come on, take the step for cash.
She's literally winding herself up.
That's how you need to do it. Wind yourself up yourself ready, Yeah, let's go.
Okay, there you go. Okay, hang on, a couple got popped. We've stopped for a hud.
You should be.

Blue Robin kid Now with choreos the podcast.
Halfway through the podcast, so Mama Mish sent us a video which will go up on Robin and Kip Now with choreot's on demand of whatever whatever.
Whatever is called. This is on demand, But what's the what's the Instagram? Is it Robin kit now with koreotes?

Just went on and on and on and on, and we spoke to Mamavish a second tim ran about how she was feeling.
Are you exhausted, mama? Be It sounds like it's a lot.
H Yeah, we've been up since four am. So yeah, we stood outside the cold from six point thirty until noon. Wow, it was very cold, was it?
What?
Yeah, we're looking Oh yeah, the adrenaline rush that you have when he arrived and JD arrived and very patriotic here today, you can feel the air is full of hopes hm hm for America. Literally sope, he's already shut. He's already shut the border.
He shut the border.
Now, when you say shut the border, does that mean like no one can drive you in and out of the moment, because you know there's that big sort of freeway where people sort of head through.
Is that is that literally closed?
No illegals can enter into this country?
Again.
Oh okay, but if you're a holdaying in Mexico, you can still drive home.
It's not shut.
Shut Oh yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, okay.
How does he also?
Yeah, how does he feel about Canadian.
I love Canadians.
Okay, so that border is open.
Okay, you all are too much.
I have people looking at me.
Thank you so much.
Yeah, thanks for sharing and thanks.
For for learning into the fun today.
Thank you.

I was a good insights. So the borders shut, but I need to Mexican.
We love Canadians.
Sorry, anyway, it was fun and we all four more years.
Man, it is brilliant. We don't even have to work for tomorrow. Let Trump do his thing.
Ron here now with couriers. The podcast.

The Constitution of the United States.
The Constitution of the United States.
So help me, God, So help me God.
Congratulations.
SPECIFICA and Sky one News will be covering this right throughout the day. Man who is walking around very.
Excited this morning, mate, Paul Murray from Sky News.
Paul, Hello, guys, get a Brisbane Mary Trump, Miss Mary and everyone get your president under the tree today. You get your Maga hat under the tree.
I mean, how much of a Trump did you buy? You didn't buy the Trump meme coin, did you, Paul, did you go that far?
No? No, no, no, I'm old fashioned. I just buy as much merchandise as possible and put stickers on my car. I'm the guy who's thinking of changing his number plate, you know, all of that stuff. I'm all in as Robin, as Robin very much knows, and I know that it is a big day for Robin. She was looking forward to it. We had a chat, of course on election day. You know, Robin, you would have got up early just to see all the preparations. Again, Mary Trump, miss to you, Paul.
I love you to bits.
I have been watching all night and the crazy is driving me insane. Look, I got to hand it to him, the retoric and the way that he can absolutely say the things that the people want to hear is extraordinary.
But some of the things he's already decided to do. Shut the Mexican border.
Yeah. Now, remember when you were a kid and you first went to Eka and your parents said, it's okay, I guarantee you that that roller coaster will be safe. Now that's the feeling. You've got to think right now, You've got to assume the big bloat currently, who's you know, that big float wearing just you know, not exactly safety gear, but comfort. You've got a pair of footy shorts on. Yeah, he's got your safety at hand. And that's the feeling. We've got to hold on to it. And just like you didn't die on the ride, you won't on this one either.
Put together roller coaster at Leona Park. Well, you're speaking of rhetoric.
This is one of the big promises that Trump's been making this morning.
That thing will stand in our way. Because we're Americans. The futures ours and our golden age has just begun.
Golden age, the Golden Age.
Really, he's really taught.
He's mentioned that several times this morning, and any plans to how do we get the Golden Age again?
Hey, Kiki, you know that sometimes you know that sometimes it's not about the quality of the product, it's the way it's marketed. I want you to go back to Trump's steaks. Now, I don't know what they tasted like, but I'm sure he told an absolute shedload of them because there was a gold tea ump written upon it. And right now, that's it in fifty different states with an awful lot of news, so nothing to.
Worry about the news.
We're good. Well, apparently we're also we're going beyond the moon. No't worry about the moon. We're going all the way to Mars.
We will see our manifest destiny into the stars, launching American astronauts to plant the stars and straight on the planet Mars.
R just going Martian and the Red Age.
Yes, well yeah, but that said though, before we get into the important policy, Corey, what did you think of Malaney as hat today?
Question? Looked great on her.
Yeah.
Do you know what they're saying on on Twitter and stuff on eggs?
They're calling her the Hamburgerlar.
Well, that's not fair. I thought she did a very good job of doing a bit of a princess Kate. I thought she had that look down pat. But my favorite again, there are these wonderful little moments in these ceremonies, right like watching all of the former presidents who hates the Trump is part of their club.
And I love that.
I love it. I love it. And they're all sort of looking at each other when he he just basically just verbally just slapped by it and he slapped Harris. It was in the past four years, was you know garbage, you know.
You.
Guys stuff to join. I'm going to fix it up. I loved all those little moments. But there was this lovely moment and husbands and wives would know this where you know, the missus is doled up, she's looking at Midian Bucks, and you go in for the kiss, but you know that she doesn't want the kiss because you're going to disturb either AI to makeup or in Millennia's case, the hat. See at this moment where the president of the United States is trying to negotiate how to kiss his missus on the cheek and put more thought into.
That for people like myself that I don't follow politics very often at all, what does that do for us?
Does that make a big impact for us?
Yeah? Look, the overall thing about Trump is that the America that a man that many of us grew up thinking was the leader of the world, was the one that was going to keep the bad people, you know, at bay. But more importantly, just be a symbol of strength an opportunity. Now that might have been you know, Kennedy, way back when, it might have been Reagan, way back when it might have been Obama in this century, I think the confidence that comes from knowing that America is at the head of the table and the bloke of the head of the table wants to make a legitimate difference. He wants to disrupt the system. Some people are freaked out by that, and it's completely cool, and millions of people don't like him, but I like the idea that he's going to ruffle some feathers. But also in terms of Australia, we're on their team right whether we like it or not. Where on their team and if their team is on top and he's the head coach and he's you know, he's got the plan, then you're going to run into a brick wall for him. And I think that Australia is going to go along for the ride, depending on who our federal government is about how close we go. But we're not going to do everything that they do. He will just set an example to lots of countries around the world. And there are lots of governments, slowly but surely that are turning into governments that want to disrupt the way things have always been. So I don't have a problem. I don't think tariffs are coming. I don't think that we're about to, you know, put a second story on Pine Gap. I think pretty much life goes on as always, and you have plenty to talk about it this time every couple of days for the next four years.
And the Sky Music all day coverage on the Trump inauguration.
Now with Gloria.
Now at the moment for a lot of parents, if you if you like me, we're in that weird limbo where we're back at work but the kids are not back at school. And Raphael, my five year old, he's starting prep. This is his first year of prep. So we did his uniforms last week. We were in at school uniforms.
Did you buy it three sizes too big because you know he's going to grow that.
Much or two sizes and we didn't go berserk, but they are huge.
On his flapping around.
I think we did that AND's going like a foot Yeah, she's so's old.
I don't think they're going to fitter.
Yeah, yeah, well and so and he was so excited trying on the uniforms, like when he came out of the change room, he just.
Had the biggest smile on his face.
And we had to choose between a floppy hat and the other hat and they were both so.
Horrible.
So he's but he's like, we're leaning hard on grandparents at the moment. So Ander's Dad's got him today, had him yesterday. My parents are coming down from the Sunshine Coast tomorrow and they'll have him all tomorrow and then and that they'll stay over Wednesday night so they can do him on Thursday, have him on Thursday.
Because it's just I don't know what people do. I don't know how you do it with that, grandparents, It's it's hard work.
Never had any support ever. I don't have any family here. I never did.
You must have just had had to use daycare sometimes.
I used to do a lot of stuff with other mums, so you get to know each other and all that sort of stuff. But you know we've already established Corey. You didn't know this, but you know I was a single mother and had no family support. And it takes Kip ten people to take care of his one child. Now he has a new baby. Then Naomi is taking care of Sienna, and those ten people are circulating around.
That was just helping me in Rafael.
Yes, I wish I had people because I'd just love to just hand them off for any one each day.
Yeah, every fortnight, I'll get them for two.
You know what The funny thing is that like being you know, in a split families that I know hand him back to Amber, and at that time as.
He's leaving, I'm so relieved, like I'm saying, see you mate, I'm so relieved.
And then I sit down in the silence and I love it for about two hours.
And you were going to say two days, yeah.
And then all of a sudden it's quiet and I'm like and me and Ima will go I miss wrap, you know, we miss having him around, and it's like and even like we went and saw the Testy Brothers, like we went saw a live show and both and I was thinking about and while we're watching on he'd love to be here, and I was like, I wish Rap was here.
To because they're fun. Yeah, it's fun. Yeah. I noticed with kids, they just.
They lighten up your life, like they they just make every day enjoyable and fun. That's that's what I noticed that when I went, Look, I love my kids.
I love when they go away, but you know exact same.
I'm sitting there and I'm just chilling it. I'm like, I love the fucks. You just come and jump on me right now and start playing.
Wait till school starts. It's a week today.
I mean, it's a long holidays, like so many people have been really struggling and everyone's out of money. But yeah, it's it's your life's going to change come next Tuesday.
And I've already talked with Ali, our boss, like I'm going to be there for his first day.
Of school, which is next week. So so I guess we'll.
On the buttons you'll be putting week. Listen, I just play closing time over and we're going to get someone in.
Now with coos the podcast Robin's Entertainments.
The world is watching the United States of America. Now, whether you care about Donald Trump being inaugurated or not, we all like the fact that he's got in lots of his famous friends to do the entertainment. Sure, and Carrie Underwood was asked to perform, and she was the consummate professional.
So she gets up on stage, she gets.
Introduced, the backing track starts and then cuts out. She waits nervously for it to kick in again. It doesn't, so, as the true professional she is, she does it without it.
She's a great fun.
It's pretty impression to be able to do something a cappella without planning to.
It actually worked. I feel like it actually worked out better. She's a country and she.
Had she had a choir behind her and they obviously knew what to do.
But I mean, pretty cool.
And in other news, yes, there are other things going on, and particularly in our fair city. If you are a fan of this new romance to see, you know, like it's fantasy romance.
I know I've mentioned it, but this is like where there's fairies and dragons but then also sex.
Yeah, pretty much.
That's odd.
That dragon's room.
Look, books are buzzing today.
Because the likeness trill.
They're calling it fantasy romance the Fourth Wing. Okay, it's the latest drilling in the Fourth Wing, Onyx storm on the third novel, and it is out today. It is such a big deal. A mural popped up in the valley, is that right? Yeah, in recent days to bill hype around this book.
And you know, if you want to see a fairy and a dragon.
As ripped.
No spoilers, Okay, no spoilers, but I don't think that's what actually have.
Is there a lot of excitement amongst the your people?
Oh?
Absolutely?
Look, you know me, I'm a big old nerd and I'm actually in a few book clubs, but one of them is about like fantasy novels. And one of my friends works at a bookstore and she said they've actually gotten hundreds of boxes in preparation, which is not the amount that you get for just a normal book, particularly you know, the third Popularity usually tapers down for a series, and yeah, this is just you know, it's it's absolutely not to Harry Potter levels, but it's definitely the biggest kind of a while.
Can you get your hands on one?
Of these books because tomorrow I want Corey to read dis Chat.
I can't read, let alone read fantasy.
You can't e.
Now the podcast.
I've got texts Nobody Understands to.
Class with Robin Kipp and Corey Oats in the morning. It's the listener of the day.
Take us.
I've just seen on our text line that Anna has contact us. Contacted us earlier on four oh nine nine seven three nine seven three. You know how we were talking about that fantasy romance genre where basically ripped dragons have intimate relationships with fairies.
Is it?
Is it like because in Dragon Star Dragons and Shades of Green.
Anyway, the third in.
A series of books which everyone's been anticipating so much so that a new mural has gone up in the valley. People have been waiting outside of bookstores, and Anna of Ipswich has been one of the Mayanna.
Hi, how are you?
Can you just clear up exactly what this book is?
So this this particular book isn't got to do with fairies or say or anything like that. It is like hardcore like Dragon writers, and they are like in the middle of a war right now, and there's a lot of sexy cool scenes with dragons, well not with dragons?
And what age is this aimed at? You reckon? Like, how sexy are we talking here? What would be inappropriate? You reckon? To be inappropriate to read this book.
Look, it's definitely a young adult pushing up to adult sort of book. But there there are a few good scenes. There are like that sort of sexy, muddy sort of scene.
But with the dragon the Empire book, so with the dragons getting it on with another dragon, or is.
Getting it on with the dragon?
No, do it?
But the ever do it on top of a dragon? Yes, you haven't read the book yet.
Okay, okay, we need to get one of these books, don't wena.
We need to get one and we need to read some of it on air.
You need to start with Fourth Wing, Fourth start anywhere. Start with Fourth Wing, then go to Iron Flame, then go to our.
Next Storm to get the funny stuff.
You're going to be five books in the series, so we are going to get this, We're going to read it, and then we're going to have to wait even longer for the next two books.
Painful, Well well done, Thank you you are listener of the day.
Haven't wait for it, but yes, we will try and get our hands on one of those books, the Fourth Wing, and one of them we.
Could take the characters in it.
Yes, dragon, I want to dragons and there he's going at it. Yeah, well wherever that whatever that one's in, that's it. No po le one, you got to crack at it. He's anti Okay, interesting Now I'm not Anti's interesting.
Well your homework, your homework today, will try and get that book wrote.
Now with CoreOS the Podcast
