Utah lost nearly their entire defensive line, a quarterback and Zack Moss, a beast of a running back. Kyle Whittingham will absolutely be in rebuilding mode… but they did have an incredible recruiting class, best in the Pac-12. The Utes may not win their division like they have the past few years and that will be a big disappointment.
