It has now been proven that she was not telling the truth and is being charged with theft. Diddy has withdrawn his lawsuit against spirit company, Diageo. Diddy had filed a lawsuit against Diageo, the parent company of Ciroc and DeLeon, sitting that they did not live up to promised investments and treated the liquor brands less due to racism. With Diddy withdrawing the lawsuit, Diageo is now the sole owner of Ciroc and DeLeon and has settled and severed ties with Diddy. Eva Marcille has reunited with the RSMS family, and it feels so good.
