Delta Airlines is giving each of the people that were on Flight 4819 to Toronto $30,000 with no questions asked. Flight 4819 crashed in Toronto and was upside down with a wing missing. There were 18 people injured but there were no casualties.  

In celebrity news, there may be another celebrity couple that the general public did not see coming. Nia Long and The Bodyguard, Kevin Costner are presumed to be an item. Long and Costner were spotted at the 50th SNL anniversary taking pictures, and they looked quite cozy together. Grammy award winning R&B singer and songwriter Ne-Yo joins the Rickey Smiley Morning Show. Ne-Yo speaks about his poly-relationship and how open he is about his life towards his children. Ne-Yo also discusses his tour  with Mary J. Blige. 

Also, Issa Rae is canceling her show at the Kennedy Center, “An Evening with Issa Rae.” The show was sold out, but Issa Rae has canceled the show because President Donald Trump has been elected as chair of the Kennedy Center. All of this and more on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show Podcast.
