This week’s Junior Achievement Student of the Week is Kennedy Gilliard. She attended Pittsburgh Dilworth PK-5 and is currently a 7th grader at Pittsburgh Science and Technology Academy. Kennedy is a jack of all trades. She started playing the violin at Dilworth in the 3rd grade, and has participated in several concerts and recitals. She has been a member of Girl Scouts Troop 52721 since 1st Grade. She is also a master of all types of dance including, ballet, tap, jazz, Afro-Caribbean, Horton, West-African and hip-hop. And lastly, she has been participating in several virtual classes since the pandemic started that focus on engineering, computers, and finance.
