Richard King spoke again with NSW RTBU President Peter Gresch to get an update on the 24 hour strike that’s currently underway by Newcastle Bus Drivers. Drivers have walked off the job and won’t return until 4am tomorrow after their demands for better pay & conditions from their employer Keolis Downer fell on deaf ears. Regular bus services, School services & Night Owl Saturday services will be impacted by the strike with all services to return to normal following the industrial action.
