3:05pm- Multiple United States Senators, including New Jersey Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker, have requested the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) address the sudden rise in whale deaths along the Atlantic Coast. Interestingly, while demanding answers, the Democrat lawmakers did not mention that the unusual number of deaths could potentially be linked to offshore wind development’s usage of sonar to map the ocean’s floor, as many environmental experts believe.

3:15pm- While appearing at San Francisco State University to advocate for the rights of biologically female athletes, NCAA swimming champion Riley Gaines was physically assaulted by a mob consisting of transgender activists.

3:35pm- In his latest editorial, Billy Binion of Reason writes that Philip Esformes—who had his sentence commuted by former President Donald Trump—is now being prosecuted again. 3:50pm- While appearing on Fox News with Tucker Carlson, journalist Amber Athey notes that Politico has brought in transgender activists to oversee reporters and guarantee potentially offensive language is never printed. Should activists be able to silence the language of journalists?

4:05pm- In an explosive interview with Mehdi Hasan on MSNBC, independent journalist Matt Taibbi defended his work on the “Twitter Files” and blasted Hasan’s network for promoting “fake Russiagate stories” while ignoring credible stories like Hunter Biden’s laptop.

4:15pm- FACT CHECK: According to a misleading headline from the Miami Herald the “13-year-old son of Rebekah Jones, whistleblower who clashed with DeSantis, arrested over memes.” Christina Pushaw, a political aide for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, notes that “he threatened to shoot up his middle school and stab classmates who angered him.”

4:35pm- While appearing on MSNBC, former Federal Prosecutor Carol Lam called it “troubling optics” that State Supreme Court Justice Juan M. Merchan—the judge overseeing the Donald Trump criminal case in New York City—donated money to President Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign.

4:40pm- The Tennessee House voted to expel State Representatives Justin Jones and Justin Pearson for their involvement in a gun-control protest outside of the state’s Nashville Capitol building which resulted in aggressive activists forcing their way into the House chamber.

4:45pm- In his latest editorial, National Review’s Rich Lowry argues that former President Donald Trump was extorted by adult film star Stormy Daniels. Lowry writes: “There’s been a lot of focus on the timing of the $130,000 payment to Daniels near the end of the 2016 campaign. Trump’s pursuers say this shows how the hush money was all about making the story go away right before the election. 5:35pm- Dr. Victoria Coates—former Deputy National Security Advisor & Senior Research Fellow at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Russia’s wrongful detention of Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich. According to The New York Times, Russia has formally charged Gershkovich with espionage, an allegation that U.S. officials vehemently deny. Dr. Coates also analyzes a newly released review of the Biden Administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan. National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby bizarrely claimed the administration had a “lot to be proud of” regarding their devastatingly chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan which left behind billions of dollars in military equipment and resulted in the death of thirteen U.S. troops.

6:05pm- Disney goes woke…AGAIN. According to reports, the upcoming remake of the 1989 animated film “The Little Mermaid” will feature the song “Kiss The Girl” but with heavy edits to guarantee audience members don’t think Prince Eric has forced himself upon Ariel.

6:30pm- Reviewing the Biden Administration’s self-assessment of its withdrawal from Afghanistan, CBS News’ Ed O’Keefe said the 12-page document is a “whitewash” of the administration’s disastrous strategy.

6:45pm- According to a report from The New York Post, Hunter Biden has three pieces of art for sale at a New York City gallery. Each piece is priced at $85,00.
