Book Review this week - Liver Cleansing Diet by Dr Sandra Cabot and an audible book Liver Cleanse & Detox Diet by Tammi Diamond. - Certainly worth understanding, as the first book reversed my own personal Fatty Liver. The Liver Cleansing Diet - by Dr Sandra Cabot ( 1997) Fantastic as it describes the function of the liver in health and illness, and includes a collection of recipes formulated to combat headaches, low metabolism, irritable bowel syndrome, allergies, and fatigue. The book details 4-8 week detox plans.  Liver Cleanse and Detox Diet - By Tammi Diamond (2014) Listened to this on audible . This book defines liver and identifies causes that could harm our liver, also provide information on how to keep our liver healthy.  It explains a quick detox plan over a week. Both were very good and I highly recommend them.

This conversation is just for you.  Norah found out about Mould the hard way - watching a friend she cared for gradually become ill and ultimately have to change their life.  They had to move from a beautiful house in an elegant suburb, stop working for 12 months and gently step into a new way of being. It was that experience that made her aware of just how dangerous it can be to live with Mould.  Since then she's had her own health issues to contend with (not mould related) and become passionate about health and well being, personal choices and natural sustainable products. In 2021 when she spoke with Dr Close about his research, documented in his book Nature's Mold Rx and the Natural Mould Solution was born. Since then she's also invested in a certificate of Mould Testing from ACES, the Australian College of Environment and Sustainability, the only government recognised accreditation in Australia with over 150 hours of course material.
