The warmer weathers that had been long awaited by many are finally here, daily temperatures have increased greatly relieving those who were not enjoying the cold winter season. This warmer season also gives great hope of triumphing against the Covid-19 battle which has been enjoying its pick during cold weathers.
What many people need to note is that the warmer or hot seasons do not necessarily mean that Covid-19 is a thing of the past, but should continue exercising highest precaution in aim of preventing it. This will help in protecting those with not so much stronger immune systems and those with underlying chronic illnesses.
One of the many people currently in or could be in great risk should they contract the virus are Cardiovascular diseases patients. Researchers predict that as many as 25% of patients infected by COVID-19 will have cardiovascular disease and many of them are elderly. Conditions of their diseases may not be compatible or compliant with Covid-19 complications and may thus put them at a greater risk.
