Since Dan Brown's novel "The Da Vinci Code" the idea Jesus or his wife and children traveled to Britain, India, Tibet, and perhaps other places, has been the subject of great speculation. However, sadly for those who wish it to be true, no credible New Testament scholar who has ever studied the issue believes Jesus traveled any great distance from Jerusalem, and never for any significant length of time. No Christian documents, zero, from any source, indicate Jesus went to Britain, India or Tibet. The first speculation appears in poetry, originating from traveling Minstrels, in the 12th century.
