True science and true religion must be compatible, not incompatible. In this episode of Religion Today host Martin Tanner gives a few examples of problems found in the Bible and some religious traditions, along with ways to reconcile them.  He described misconceptions most people have regarding Doctrine and Covenants Section 77 and the age of the earth.  Martin also gives examples of problems with science, including current inconsistencies.  He concludes with near-death experiences as one area in which science and religion seem to be converging and compatible.
