The second of a two part series on how Joseph Smith translated The Book of Mormon.  The translation was not by reading sentences or letters, but by literally seeing and comprehending the events described in The Book of Mormon, something like seeing a movie.  Joseph Smith told Joseph Knight, Sr. the Nephite Interpreters or Urim and Thummim "were marvelous" and by looking in them he could "see anything."  Joseph Smith literally saw how the Early Christian Martyrs looked and led their lives through the use of the Urim and Thummim.  Ether Chapter 3  and Mosiah describe a "seer" meaning a "see-er" implying sight, describe the Urim and Thummim as something into which a seer sees the past, present and future.
