Bethanie MacDonald is a Gold Star spouse, author, motivational speaker, and Green Beret Foundation Veteran Service Officer. After losing her husband MSG Gregory Trent in 2012, she chose to continue living her life with humor and an openness to let people know they are not alone. Now she writes and shares her story of struggles and triumphs as she encourages resilience in others.
