Now, as the Director of the U.S. Army Medical Center of ExcellenceDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Center, he gets to operationalize the center’s people-first initiatives. He helps make sure people are taken care of by making sure that we have a leadership environment that recognizes how important they are to leading soldiers and their families.
